  • Everything your landlord or agent will check. That means: full kitchen deep clean (inside cupboards, behind appliances, descaling), full bathroom deep clean (limescale, grout, extractors), all floors hoovered and mopped, all surfaces dusted and wiped including skirting boards and door frames, internal windows cleaned, and all bins emptied. Ovens, carpets, and exterior windows are optional add-ons — most tenants book at least the oven. We work from a checklist that matches the inventory standards letting agents use, so nothing gets missed.

  • No. Your cleaner brings everything — products, cloths, hoover, mop, the lot. If you'd prefer we use specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, anything you already have for allergies) just tell us when you book and we'll match it.

  • Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean whatever wasn't right, free of charge. This is the most important promise we make — your deposit or your home is on the line, and a clean isn't finished until you're happy with it. In practice this almost never happens, because every cleaner on our roster has been trial-tested before we let them near a customer's property. But the guarantee is there, and we honour it.

  • Yes — £2 million public liability cover, which protects you against accidental damage to your property during a clean. Policy details are available on request. We also vet every cleaner's right to work in the UK before adding them to our roster.

  • Securely online by card, through Stripe. Once we've confirmed your quote and booking slot, we send you a payment link by email. Payment is taken upfront for end-of-tenancy cleans, and after each visit for domestic regulars. We don't take cash and we never ask for bank transfers — if you ever get a request like that claiming to be from us, it isn't us.

  • Often, yes — especially for end-of-tenancy. Get in touch and we'll tell you straight away what's possible. If we can't fit you in ourselves, we'll say so rather than overpromise. Most last-minute bookings get a confirmed slot within a couple of hours.

  • Cleans cancelled more than 48 hours before the booked time: full refund.

    Cleans cancelled 24-48 hours before: 50% refund (we've turned away other work for your slot).

    Cleans cancelled less than 24 hours before, or no-access on the day: no refund.

    If you're not satisfied with the clean: tell us within 48 hours and we'll re-clean the issue free of charge, which is almost always the right resolution. If a re-clean isn't possible or you'd prefer a partial refund, we'll discuss it case by case.
